Description:
MQ2 Flammable Gas and Smoke Sensor Module is a widely used gas detection module designed to detect a variety of combustible gases and smoke levels in the environment. It provides an efficient and low-cost solution for detecting dangerous gases in residential, commercial, and industrial applications.Sensor module is highly sensitive to flammable gases like LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), propane, methane, hydrogen, alcohol vapor, and smoke. The MQ2 module uses a built-in MQ2 gas sensor — a semiconductor-based gas sensor that changes its electrical resistance in response to varying gas concentrations.
